CAR FOR SALE

Sealed tenders are invited for sale of the following car of the Bank in, as is  where is condition.

The sealed tenders should be accompanied by Security Deposit of Rs.10000/-

(Rupees Ten thousand only) by DD/PO favouring The Federal Bank Limited

payable at Chennai. The cover enclosing tender shall be superscribed “Tender

for car with Regn No:TN 07 AZ 1018 .”

The tenders for the car at Chennai shall be addressed to: The Deputy General

Manager, The Federal Bank Ltd., Regional Office, Chennai.

The tenders will be accepted at The Federal Bank Limited, Regional Office,

Bhattad Towers, Chennai-600014 upto 2 p.m. on 25.04.2008 and will be opened

at 4 p.m. on the same day. The security deposit of the successful bidder will be

forfeited if he fails to lift the car by making the balance payment within 7 days.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning

any reason. The vehicle can be inspected on any working day at the above place.

In addition to the tender amount, the bidder has to remit the applicable VAT (at

present 4%) of the tender amount.
