In an effort to provide one stop facilities to customers, the Bank has taken various initiatives and offers various third-party products like Mutual funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards etc. to its customers. For offering Insurance products to its customers, the Bank has a tie-up with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited (life products), and United India Insurance Company limited (Non-life). For its MF distribution business, the bank has tied up with eleven of the leading AMCs in the country, namely,

• UTI Mutual fund

In order to serve the customers better, the Bank procures details like viewing the account statements of its customers, process transactions on their behalf and receives information about their investments in various third party products vended by the Bank from the service provider and/ or its agents. Objections, if any, to the practice adopted by the Bank may be taken up with the Bank.
